Consideration of and possible action regarding a Resolution by the District regarding the proposed bid received by the District submitted by HSD - Lakeway Holdings, Ltd. in the amount of $200,000 in response to the solicitation of bid for the sale of the District's interest in the following described property: The surface only and any improvements
thereto described as being a 1.74 acre tract of land, more or less, approximately 205 feet
by 369 feet, out of property comprising 32.84 acres of land commonly known as and
referred to as the Lakeway Elementary School property located at 1701 Lohmans
Crossing Road in Austin, Texas, with such 1.74 acre tract of land being rectangular in
nature and located along the most southeastern portion of the 32.84 acre tract.
